“Making Paella” follows one cook’s journey through Omar Allibhoy’s Paella cookbook and beyond, testing 50+ recipes, sourcing ingredients, and experimenting with flavors.
This blog is mainly for me to have a place to document my progress in making paellas. I’m starting with the intention to make all 50 recipes in Paella by Omar Allibhoy (or at least, as many of the recipes I can get decent ingredients for). As I make my way through more and more of his recipes, I also plan to start experimenting on my own or making different things I find interesting.
